***CLASSIC GINGER BREAD... OF MY YOUTH***

INGREDIENTS
250g Butter
260g Honey
210g Sugar
1/3 cup Milk
5g Baking Soda
10g Cinnamon
5g Ground ginger
5g Ground allspice
5g Ground cardammon
450g All purpose flour

Combine butter, honey, sugar & milk in a pot & heat to 98F (37C). When cool, stir in all sifted dry ingredients.
Refridgerate overnight (wrapped). Roll dough out to 1/4" thick, cut shapes & place on silicone paper lined cookie Trays.
Bake to 375F for approximately 15 minutes.
