Combine butter, honey, sugar & milk in a pot & heat to 98F (37C). When cool, stir in all sifted dry ingredients. Refridgerate overnight (wrapped). Roll dough out to 1/4" thick, cut shapes & place on silicone paper lined cookie Trays. Bake to 375F for approximately 15 minutes.
